Compassionate Science

If I had the chance to help the world in a way I would make a machine that would make food on its own for the starving children and families all over the world. The machine would never run out of food and it would run on the sun or light. Therefore, as long as there is light, they would never run out of food. This would be very helpful to the people, and the food would be very tasty. Also, the machine would be very practical and environmentally healthy. However, I do not want to focus on any science of that type, but it is very helpful how scientist help out other people. I think it is amazing how they help people because it comes out of their heart and not for any benefit of their own.

The Future

In 100 years from today, things will be very technological. I might not be alive to see what will happen, but I sure hope it gets a lot better than things today. I think that in 100 years the government will take complete control of the people and everything we think or do will be controlled by them. It would be like living in a world of human looking robots. For health problems there would be these beds that scan you and them cure you of whatever you have just so you can be better and go back to work. In terms of work i think the future would go old school and only allow for men and boys to work, making the women and girls stay home and do all the house work. There would be no need for protection, because everyone would be trained from a young age how to fight and survive in whatever the situation may be. In 100 years the world will evolve and become something very different from today.

The Time I Laughed Real Hard

I've had many situations that i've laughed so much for, but there is one that is particularly my favorite. We were celebrating my aunts birthday and she had picked a water themed party. Her house is really big so she has space for a lot of things. For her birthday, she got a jumper with a water slide. We all had our bathing suits on and we were playing a team competion with each other. We all had to be in teams of two. My uncle chose to be with my cousin and she was really small at the time. My uncle is a small man but he is very chunky. We had all gone and it was finally their turn to go . To begin the race you had to go up the latter of the slide then just simply slide down. My uncle was very competitive so when he began he ran first in front of my little cousin. He began to climb the latter and my cousin began right behind him. However, before he made it to the top he slipped all the way down from the latter bringing my cousin right down with him. Nobody worried about checking how they were because we were all to busy laughing . What made things even funnier was that when we got my cousin up instead of crying about being squished by her dad she told him that he was really heavy.

Modern Times Review

Charlie Chaplins Modern Times is  a very good movie. I enjoyed watching it because it was very realistic. Chaplin makes this movie funny so it doesn't get boring. I like how Chaplin presents the movie with a situation that people can relate to and how he demonstrates the life of the poor people. I think that Chaplin reflected on his own life and his struggles when he made this movie. I find it interesting how Chaplin chose to make a silent movie because at the time his movie was released there was already talkies and many other movies had already came out with talking people. However, Chaplin was very successful with his silent movie. i think the message that Chaplin was trying to portray with this movie is how people suffer in the present so why stress about the suffering in the future.
